The easiest way for clean skin, healthy body and weight loss is to drink plenty of water daily. A healthy person 2 liters of water intake daily but to trigger weightless you should drink at least three liters of water.

For quicker and healthier results add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in water. Chia seeds are full of protein equivalent to one whole egg protein.

The best time to drink water are morning –empty stomach, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice into lukewarm water and drink it an empty stomach.
