Drink a lot of Water

The easiest way for clean skin, healthy body and weight loss is to drink plenty of water daily. A healthy person 2 liters of water intake daily but to trigger weightless you should drink at least three liters of water.

For quicker and healthier results add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in water. Chia seeds are full of protein equivalent to one whole egg protein.

The best time to drink water are morning –empty stomach, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice into lukewarm water and drink it an empty stomach. Study suggests that hunger trigging hormone i.e. ghrelin is strongly associated with lack of sleep or sleep deprivation. Women needs at least 7-8 hours’ sleep daily for healthier life. Study also suggests that poor sleep leads towards obesity and also decreases your metabolism rate. Moreover, proper sleeping helps you to control cravings.

Eat raw vegetables and fruits

Eat green vegetables like cucumber, celery, spinach and broccoli. Here is the list of green vegetables for you:
